Admitted to a course at the Department of Chemistry - Ångström/BMC

If you want to take the course, register for the course in Ladok for students (see below for exeptions). Registration in Ladok is open until the day before the course starts.

If you want to cancel your application to the course please do it via (or Important: if you have registered on the course you also need to discontinue the course in Ladok for students.

Information for admitted via acceptance of late applicants:

If you are admitted and have problems with the registration, contact the Course Office for Chemistry before the course start.

Information for admitted students with conditions

We check eligibility during the weeks before the start of the course. If you are eligible by then your status will be changed to “admitted” (check or in Ladok) and you will be able to register. If you are not found eligible you will be notified by email before the beginning of the course.

Information for reserves

Reserves will be admitted until course start if there are places available on the course. If you are placed on the reserve list, you will be contacted by the department via e-mail if you can be offered a place on the course. Note! There can be a short window for replies, keep track of your e-mail!

Information for courses which you can´t register yourself online

For some courses you cannot register yourself. Pleases contact the student office for help with the registering regarding the courses below. Please note that you must contact the student office for chemistry as soon as possible.

Courses you can’t register by yourself in Ladok:

  • All Degree Project courses (1KB010, 1KB052, 1KB053)
  • Research Training (1KB044, 1KB045, 1KB057, 1KB058)
  • Research Training (1KB040, 1KB041)
  • Current Trends in Chemistry (1KB467) (Students on the Master program have roll-call)

Re-registration to a course

Contact the Course Office Chemistry if you previously have taken a course and need to be re-registered to complete it. If you need to complete the laboratory part of a course, you should contact us 1-2 weeks before the course starts.
