Department of English

To enroll in our courses, you register in Ladok for students. If you are starting a programme, you should register to the programme's first course, which you have been admitted to. Registration closes at different times depending on the course. The registration deadline for a particular course is advertised in Ladok. Please note that if you miss the registration deadline, your spot may be offered to waitlisted students. If you experience problems with the online registration, please contact the Department of English.

Conditionally Admitted Applicants

If you are conditionally admitted, you must demonstrate your eligibility before the course/programme starts in order to be registered.

Conditionally admitted applicants to the course 5EN215 School Placement 3: English, Upper Secondary School must demonstrate their eligibility before the registration period expires. Otherwise a school placement cannot be guaranteed.

Waitlisted Applicants

If you are placed on reserve (waiting list), the department will contact you by e-mail, if we can offer you a place on the course/programme.

Dropping a Course

If you regret your registration and want to drop a course, you should register a withdrawal in Ladok. If you withdraw your registration within the first 3 weeks of the official course period, you can apply for the course again another term.

Course Start

Course schedules are available in the learning platform Studium and on the departmental website. More detailed information about the teaching will be provided in Studium and/or in connection with the first teaching session on each course module.

Please, check the schedule carefully so that you do not miss initial teaching!
