Credit transfer and degrees
Once you meet the requirements for your degree you can apply for your degree diploma in Ladok. The requirements for a professional degree are stated in the programme syllabus. In other cases, the requirements for a general degree apply.
All courses that are to be included in the degree must be completed and registered in Ladok when you apply for a degree. In some cases, courses taken at other universities must have the credits transferred.
Students who have studied at another university in Sweden can normally use their credits into their degree without specific credit transfer.
In all types of degrees, foreign courses must have their credits transferred in order to be included in the degree.

When you are finished with your studies, you can apply for a degree certificate from the University.

Graduation ceremonies
Every year the Faculty of Science and Technology hosts a graduation ceremony for newly graduated students, held in the university auditorium. The ceremony is held for students graduating both on Bachelor's and Master's level.
For Master's students, the University holds a joint graduation ceremony during the spring.
