The Buddy Programme through Uppsala Student Union and Uppsala University is looking for new Newbies and Buddies!
What is the Buddy Programme?
The International Buddy Programme, through Uppsala University and the Uppsala Student Union, is an international matching service to help new students arriving in Uppsala to meet new people, learn about student life, participate in program events, and get the opportunity for cultural exchange.
Are you coming to Uppsala for the first time?
Join as a Newbie! Newbies are put into small groups with a local Buddy who has already been studying at Uppsala University. Get to know Uppsala better and make friends faster!
Are you already a student at Uppsala University?
Join as a Buddy! Buddies help support their Newbies, show them around, and plan fun events for their group and all others in the program to enjoy! Help your fellow students while making new friends from around the globe!
The last day to apply as a Newbie or Buddy is 7 January 2022.
The programme starts 10 January and ends on 1 March, 2022. The programme is in English. If you have any questions, feel free to contact buddy@uskar.se
