As a doctoral student, your main focus is on developing as a researcher in your area, but there are also opportunities to develop other competencies and skills that may benefit you in your current or future work.
These may concern how you can use your working days more efficiently, how you think about your career and how you prepare for the next steps and new challenges in the final phase of your doctoral education. Unless otherwise stated, this support is provided free of charge to you.
What happens after your defence?
If you are in the final phase of your doctoral work, you have the opportunity to receive individual coaching to reflect on the time leading up to the defence and your choice of career path afterwards. These conversations are confidential and free.
