Annual wheel

The overall project goal is to develop a proposal for an annual wheel for university-wide planning and follow-up that is necessary based on the needs of the organisation and legislation. It can be both annually recurring processes or those that occur at shorter or longer intervals.

Objectives

The aim is to identify and describe recurring university-wide processes and assignments that need to be followed up, and to make proposals on which parts can be integrated into the operational planning, how the follow-up should be done and what is appropriate to coordinate.

Purpose

The aim is to provide better planning conditions for scientific areas, faculties, departments and the various support functions. Increased coordination and transparency will lead to more efficient and effective work.
