Unsocial working hours (OB-time)

If you have scheduled working hours and work during unsocial hours, you may receive a salary supplement in accordance with a local collective agreement.

The salary supplement is only paid out if the work has been performed during the regularly scheduled working hours or on additional time. Salary supplement for unsocial working hours cannot be paid out for the same hours for which you receive overtime compensation.

The compensation that applies to you depends on the type of position you hold. There is a collective agreement on OB compensation for technical and administrative staff and an agreement on OB compensation for teachers. Unsocial working hours are reported digitally in Primula web. The employee is responsible for monthly reporting their unsocial working hours during the month.
