Language courses for staff
English courses
The Unit for Professional English at the Department of English is a resource for university employees. The unit offers courses and workshops for different employee categories. More information about the offer offered via can be found on the page about English courses for staff.
Swedish courses
The Department of Scandinavian Languages offer courses in Swedish for international employees at Uppsala University. The courses are called Swedish for Academics 1–4. They start at beginners’ level and continues up to approximately level B2 on the CEFR scale and run part-time.
