International master's student
This page contains information for you who are a new student at the Master's Programme in All-Electric Propulsion Systems or the Master's Programme in Renewable Electricity Production.
Registration on the programme
You cannot register for your programme yourself. Registration is made by roll-call at the university organised by the department through a Registration Day. Invitation to the Registration Day as well as a welcome letter will be sent to admitted students via e-mail in connection with admission to the programme.
If you cannot attend the roll-call you have to contact your study counsellor well in advance and let them know, otherwise you can lose your place on the programme.
Application to courses
During the first semester the course administration will handle your registrations, but after this you need to apply for your courses each semester. You apply for courses through the University Admissions website. Remember to check your study plan to see which courses are offered within your programme.

Studium
Uppsala University uses the teaching and learning platform Studium. In Studium you will find your programme page and courses. You need an active student account to be able to log in.

Getting started in Uppsala
Finding a good accommodation in Uppsala is not easy. Be active and start searching for accommodation soon. You also need a swedish bank account and it might take some time to open a bank account in Sweden once you have arrived.

For our master's students there is also the possibility to join Uppsala’s Electrical Engineering Student Organisation. The organisation is driven by students for students with the goal to ensure that student rights are prioritised, fulfilled and protected. They also organise events and different happenings.
