Inspiration events for exchange studies
If you consider exchange studies or to place part of your studies abroad, i might be valuable to attend some of the inspiration events during the year. It's an excellent opportunity to learn how it works, to see what opportunities there are and to get help with the application.
Events during the academic year 2023/2024
Information session regarding exchange studies December 7
Come to a inspiration- and information session regarding exhange studies held in Eva von Bahr, Ångström laboratory. The session is held between 12:15 and 13:00.
This is the perfect opportunity to find out what experiences you can gain from an exchange and what kind of support you can get in order to plan the first steps in your own exchange.
The session is a great preparation if you plan to apply for exchange studies via the faculty or one of its departments in the application period that opens January 15.
Take the chance to ask questions for the international coordinators and get inspired!
Exchange fair 24/1
During the day, a mini-inspiration fair for exchange studies will be offered. Come by and meet the international coordinators who can help you find and apply for your specific exchange journey.
It doesn't matter if you've just started your studies or have been studying for a while, everyone is welcome!
The fair will be held in the event area in building 10 at the Ångström Laboratory between 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
Application workshop February 8 and 9
Are you in the process of applying for exchange studies? Do you have questions regarding how to fill out the form in Moveon? Do you feel uncertain regarding the courses you are selecting? The you should come to the application workshop for exchange studies!
The workshop is for students who are applying for exchange studies 15/2 the latest and already are a bit on their way with the application.
- 8/2 at 12.15-13.00 in room 101166 at Ångström laboratory
- 9/2 at 12.15-13.00 in lärosal 3 at EBC

- You can turn to the Student Services Unit and the reception desk at Ångström laboratory if you have general study questions. The reception can help with register extracts, certificates, and one-time codes for student accounts - among other things.
