Centrally at Uppsala University is the Unit for International Mobility which can guide you if you wish to study abroad and inform you about the central agreements that exist regarding exchange studies. If you intend your studies abroad to be included in your degree, you should carefully check before you leave that the courses meet the requirements for this to be possible to transfer credits.

Carefully read the syllabus for the courses included in the permanent study program and see if the foreign course corresponds to its scope, content and learning outcomes. Also, keep in mind that you may need to apply for a study leave if the study abroad takes place within your normal study period for the program. If you have any kind of disability, you can get support in your studies. It is important that you contact Uppsala University's coordinator in good time to plan any support, read more about studies with disabilities. You should also contact IKV's Director of Studies in good time and let them know what support you are entitled to on the basis of your certificate.

If you have been granted extra support for written exams, it is also your responsibility to inform our course administrator Karin Hellstadius at each exam registration what type of support you are entitled to, so that this can be implemented. This is done at all exam registrations for each course.
