The wireless network UpUnet-S will be turned off

The wireless network UpUnet-S will be deactivated on June 30, 2022. This is because the underlying technology is old and the replacement network Eduroam for employees and students has been around for a long time. The guest network UU-Guest has now become the standard option for guests and visiting researchers and teachers.

The wired network UpUnet-S for student organisations and the computer labs on campus will remain in service.

You should use Eduroam for wireless network access. When needed, you can use your student account to access UU Guest without having to create a temporary account.
