Teaching as planned
On 21 December, the Swedish government presented further restrictions and recommendations to minimise the spread of the coronavirus. The recommendations take effect on 23 December.
Higher education institutions can continue to teach on campus and in-person as long as they take certain infection control measures. For Uppsala University, the main rule is that teaching, examination and placements are to be conducted as planned.
The university management will return if additional infection control measures, in addition to those already taken, are deemed necessary.
