Student Health Services
The Student Health Service is here to help you with issues associated to life as a student. Do you have problems caused by stress, insomnia, low self-confidence, performance anxiety, speech anxiety, too much alcohol or other things that make student life complicated?
The Student Health Services offer support and counselling to students in Uppsala: at Uppsala University, SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) and Johannelund School of Theology.
As a distance learning student at Uppsala University and SLU you have the same opportunity as campus students to contact Student Health Services for advice and support if you have mental health problems related to life as a student. We offer digital individual calls and many of our lectures and groups are digital.
